Feel the love and good vibes when you step inside this home nestled conveniently between Nashville and Brentwood in one of the fastest growing cities in the country. It's my hope you'll feel comfortable enough to kick off your shoes and make yourself at home. The clean and brightly painted versatile space is perfect for group trips, families or anyone wanting all the comforts of home while in Nashville. The home is on 1.5 acres in a mature, friendly neighborhood. The space has been updated and will comfortably sleep 6. It is in Wilkerson Heights near the Airport, Downtown, Opry Mills Mall, Grand Ole Opry.
The home is furnished with new and comfortable furniture, televisions, comfy sleeping, and good eating and connection spaces. Decorations around the home make for a relaxing and fun environment and a kitchen equipped to accommodate the most experienced chef. A home with this much character is sure to produce a memorable visit.

- Historic Downtown Franklin - 22 minutes
KITCHEN
The house includes a fully equipped kitchen for travelers looking to stay in and cook up a feast. The kitchen has soft-touch cabinetry, top of the line appliances, gas range, and stainless-steel appliances. Kitchen island seats 4 people, Dining table seats 6. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need. If there's something specific you need, please ask and I will try to accommodate the best I can.
LIVING ROOM
The large L-shaped sofa and accent chairs welcome my guests to sit back, relax, and enjoy some streaming. Games such as dominoes and playing cards are in the wall unit located under the wall-mounted TV. The couch in the living room does comfortably sleep two adults if needed. Linens and pillows are provided.
FITNESS ROOM
If movement is your thing, feel free to hop on the treadmill, pull out the yoga mat, or use the exercise ball or resistance bands for core training while engaging in your favorite TV show. Towels and water are provided. This room is a common space and is shared with the on-site homeowner. Usage by the homeowner will be coordinated with the registered guest.
ADDITIONAL SLEEPING
I have a queen size auto-inflated air mattress located in the living room closet. The large L-shaped sofa in the living room comfortably sleeps two adults. Linens and pillows are provided. They are super convenient and comfy!
PARKING
Private parking on the concrete pad directly outside the home. Space for two cars on the concrete pad. If there are additional cars, additional parking on a grassy area adjacent to the concrete pad is available.
SMALL CHILDREN/BABIES
I am happy to host children, but it's important to note that my home is not childproofed. Please supervise children at all times. There is a creek located in the rear of the property and while it is beautiful and having minimal water in the creek, it can be a falling hazard for small children.
For Pack and Play and Highchair I've listed as available, these items are provided by REQUEST ONLY from the guest prior to check-in.
ROKU TVs
The house is equipped with Roku TVs and will be set up for the guest to login using their personal credentials during thier stay. Their credentials used for logging into to the Roku TV will be automatically deleted by the Roku TV on the date of their checkout. This is only available for one guest per stay per TV.
SECURITY CAMERAS
There is a security camera located in the fitness room that is pointed towards the external exit door. This camera is intended to monitor the activity of the external door only and is not intended to monitor guest activity.
CLEANING SUPPPLIES
There are cleaning supplies located throughout the house. The broom closet adjacent to the dining room houses the broom, floor mops and pails while the laundry room, bathroom and under the kitchen sink has other products for their respective areas. Cleaning rags are in the laundry-room cabinet on the lower left side.
KITCHEN PANTRY
Please make yourself at home to anything in the pantry. What I ask is if you use it, return it where you found it. And if you use the last of something, please leave the empty container on the counter so I know to replace it.

This is one of the best VRBOs we've stayed in. The 2 of us worked from the home for the week, and the internet was solid the entire time keeping these 2 technical full time workers productive. We visited with friends and family across greater Nashville, so the location was a perfect middle point for us.
The home is amazingly well appointed, absolutely as advertised and more. The beds are super comfortable and the bathroom shower/tub has dual shower heads, one of which is a rain shower. This home has a beautiful view from the back patio which was awesome any time of day, but we particularly enjoyed sitting out with some drinks having good conversation in the evening and watching the fireflies come alive at dusk. This place was just perfect!
Don is super responsive and an amazing host. If you forget to bring something, don't worry; Don has probably already thought of it and has it in the home. If you're lucky, you might even find a package of his delicious, fresh baked cookies at your doorstep before you leave. Thank you Don!
