About this apartment rental
Welcome to our apartment located in the heart of Paris, 5 minutes walk from Beaubourg, 10 minutes walk from the Louvre, the Ile de la Cité, Notre Dame de Paris and the banks of the Seine... Very well served by public transportation, 5 minutes walk from the Châtelet - Les Halles station, wherever you go, you will quickly arrive at your destination.
In a listed passage of the 19th century, a stone's throw from the Marais, the famous rue Montorgueil and its famous shops and many trendy restaurants.
Our 100 m2 apartment is located on the third floor with elevator. An entrance leads to a large living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, dining area and large living room.
A semi-open office with a single bed (100X200).
A bedroom with a 160X200 bed. A second bedroom with a 140X200 bed, a piano and a desk. A bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
This apartment is our residence and not a "hotel apartment". There are books, knick-knacks, personal belongings, but you can enjoy plenty of storage.
Parties are strictly forbidden as well as all noise pollution. We respect our neighbours and ask you to do the same.

Agnes's apartment was beautiful, clean and wonderfully located. Only a few mins walk got you to great dining or les halles, a little further to be at the louvre or notre dame easily. There was plenty of space for us and our daughters. Agnes was a wonderful host and we enjoyed our time. This is a true "home share"--it is her home that she is allowing you to stay in while in Paris, so there are personal items in the home, but there is plenty of space for you. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

The kitchen was fully equipped for those intending to cook. We used the coffee pods only. Host offered fruit, chocolates and a bottle of wine along with water and soda. Bedrooms were interior, so street noise was not an issue. Lift was very tight for 2 people without luggage. One bed and living room furniture had no frames, so getting up was arduous. Location was excellent, near restaurants and metro. Merci beaucoup.
