This newly renovated studio apartment is located just a 1-minute walk from Santa Ana Beach in Benalmádena. It offers fantastic views of the sea and the mountains, with magnificent sunsets. Very bright, comfortable, and fully equipped; it’s located along a seaside promenade where you can take a walk, enjoy delicious seafood, visit charming cafés, and have breakfast. The area is well-served with a supermarket, a pharmacy right next to the property, and a health center nearby.


It features private communal parking, available on a first-come, first-served basis. But you don’t need to rent a car, as the connection to the airport is easy—it’s only a 12-minute drive away. You can get from the airport to the accommodation by taxi for approximately €25 or by train plus taxi (from the station) for about €10

It’s ideal for enjoying a few relaxing days by the beach or a family vacation (up to 4 people). The area offers recreational opportunities for all ages and tastes:
- Selwo Marina - A theme park home to Andalusia’s only dolphinarium and ice penguinarium.
- Sea Life Aquarium in Benalmádena—Located in Benalmádena’s marina, known as Puerto Marina, with many restaurants to enjoy your day.
- Several golf courses for golf enthusiasts.
- La Paloma Park, perfect for strolling and seeing animals in the wild.
- The aerial cableway, offering the best views of Málaga from the highest point in Benalmádena.

*Note: The pools will be open from July 1 through September 10. Hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (through August 20); after that date, they will close at 8:00 p.m.
No complaints will be accepted regarding the closure of the pools in accordance with the schedules established by the community or any restrictions on access to the pools, which must be respected at all times.
