One driveway parking space is available.
The garage is reserved for the golf cart. For additional vehicles to be parked, the HOA requires vehicles to be parked in gravel street spaces on the south side of the community. Included is a 6-seater golf cart and 4 bicycles for your convenience.
To drive golf cart, you must be 25 years old, sign a liability waiver, and have valid insurance and driver’s license. Golf Cart is included as an amenity at no additional cost.

This was a VERY clean and nice vacation home. The photos did not do it justice and we loved staying here. The property manager was very nice and was very organized. Loved it - would definitely stay again!

This property couldn’t have been more equipped to our vacation needs. Everything was just as shown in listing and exceeded my expectations. From the beach chairs to the boogie boards, we really appreciated not having to pack our own. The golf cart is such an added bonus and perfect for this neighborhood’s location. Also, the bikes were so nice and were in great working condition with no need for air, as in many other locations we have stayed! The Big Chill being so close is also a perk of this neighborhood. We couldn’t have enjoyed this listing more! Would highly recommend.

The property was grest, very spacious and the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the main living room. Kitchen was fully equipped. The new golf cart was perfect for driving around the area. We would stay at this location again.
