Beautiful property and pool. The only issue we had was that we were only able to use the pool 1-2 days and then the filter had turned off and the pool device inside said "Service Mode. System Locked." I messaged on the Vrbo app for help and was told someone would be sent out but no one came. I am not sure if there was a time issue, we were there for Welcome to Rockville so we had a schedule for bands to see and had to leave each day.

We loved the home and its location; however, we did not appreciate the pool boy letting himself in and showing up unannounced. The same complaint goes with the yard services, we were in the pool when they showed up and had grass thrown through the screened in area on us.

The house is gorgeous but basic tv is a MUST!!!
Out of 5 televisions we could only get 3 to work. You also needed to have a Netflix account because there was no other way to get those televisions to work.
I paid extra for the pool heat but when we were getting ready to arrive, I was told that the heater was broken and hopefully would be fixed before my arrival. Sadly to say only after sending SEVERAL messages, I was told that the pool would not be heated.
That truly put a damper in our stay because we could not use the pool nor was able to use the television in the living room.
