All tag/license plates for cars on the premises must be provided. Parking ONLY allowed on parking spaces provided. No parking on the grass or in the swales. Occupancy amount must not exceed the allowed amount. Children 3 and under do not factor into the 8 maximum but there cannot be more than 10 people in total staying at the premises. The city of Palm Coast reserves the right to inspect at any reasonable time compliance with occupancy amounts. Rental agreement to be completed by guest and returned to owner at least 3 days before checking in. Please provide email address to receive rental agreement.

Tanya is a wonderful host. Her home is well equipped in the kitchen and the pool provides for a very relaxing day. Oh and the beach was a 10 min drive. Perfect end of the summer trip!
