Note: there are 2 rooms but only one King bed so inquire before requesting to book for tailored options. When reaching out, kindly share info of guests and the purpose of your stay, whether it's a work-from-home stint or a family reunion.

You'll enjoy original hardwood floors, high ceilings, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, and a sunny window bench. The most mentioned amenity in our reviews is the comfortable Posturepedic pillow top King bed! The second room, complete with hanging dresser, is a versatile space suitable for an office, media retreat, or an additional guest bedroom (air mattress available with advanced notice).

Cook in our fully equipped kitchen with newer stainless steel appliances, bar seating, and a dedicated dining nook table. The full bathroom plus bedroom ensuite 1/2 bath comes with fluffy towels and premium toiletries. Please note, the washer and dryer are included for your convenience, though not listed as amenities.

The deck, an extension of outdoor living, provides an ideal spot for morning coffee, evening conversations, or simply enjoying the serenity of the private yard with mature trees and flowering plants. Our home is on a 2024 designated Neighborhood Greenway, called bicycle boulevards, giving priority to people walking and bicycling on low-volume, low-speed, local streets.

We personally manage the cleaning of our home and we've hosted professionals from Stratajet, Glass & Marker, Home Away, Fossil, yCentric, UC Berkeley, ADVmicrogrid, and various nearby startups, attesting to its suitability for work-related stays.

** Important Details:
Our direct booking software is integrated with VRBO and we require a $700 damage "hold" (this is not a charge; it's a hold on a valid credit card released post-stay) & rental agreement to be signed by guests at time of booking.
- After 28 days, a new contract will be initiated. Multi-month long reservations require additional lease terms
- While we can't accommodate animals due to a physician-verified allergen, your safety is our priority. Home motion-detect lights, door entrance security, and driveway area security cameras are in place. As owners, we hold a CA Property Management certificate, ensuring your peace of mind throughout your stay.
