About this house rental
This enchanting house has everything you need to feel at home in the Northeast Kingdom. Set on 50 acres you can spend your days exploring or relaxing in sun-filled home or expansive deck.
The custom home is very unique with a double-staircase design, cozy vibes and all the amenities to feel at home. The expansive backyard and deck provides a wonderful place to spend time playing or relaxing. In winter, we offer sleds/tubes and snowshoes. In summer, we offer an outdoor zero-gravity chairs, badminton, bocce, hula hoops et.c

There are plenty of local gems nearby including Hill Farmstead Brewery, Craftsbury Outdoor Center (20 min), Lake Willoughby, Jay Peak, Burke Ski & Kingdom Trails, Bread & Puppet, and Circus Smirkus. Parker Pie Pizza is just 1.5 miles down the road!
The area in summer/winter
From May to October our road (and many in Barton, Glover, West Glover etc.) are open to ATV traffic. These connect to the larger VASA trail systems to explore the NEK on your four wheelers or side by sides. And in winter he property also has access to the VAST Snowmobile trail network in the winter months.

Absolutely beautiful home, immaculate. There was some work being done on the home but probably will be finished soon. Super clean and bright.

The house has beautiful views and location. It was very clean and large. I had my 89 year old father with us and the only negative for us was no railngs on any steps going into the house or in the basement which is where the only shower was and no bathroom on the main level . That is the only reason for 4 stars. The house is beautiful with amazing views. Big bedrooms, kitchen had everything you could need and a beautiful three season room. It has a lot of character. The owners communicated and answered immediately anytime I had a question.
