The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house was very clean. Also updated. The beds were very comfortable. Was very equipped with everything in the kitchen. Even had coffee pods. Great house in Culpepper.

Our family stayed at the house so we could all be together for our Mother’s/Grandmother/Gigi 100th birthday gathering instead of individual hotel rooms. It was a nice house with plenty of bedrooms.

The house was lovely for our family, the number and size of the bedrooms worked well and the beds were comfortable. The house was not in walking distance of the town, but easily reached by car.
