The upstairs unit is fully available to guests, with the exception of a locked owner’s closet. Please feel free to message me with any questions, needs, or recommendations—I’m here to help!
Traveling with a larger group? `Sunny Sanchez` is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath downstairs unit that sleeps 8 and is also available for booking! Let us know if you have any questions.

No Smoking on the property
Pet Policy: We are happy to host your dogs! Up to 2 dogs are allowed—please reach out with any questions. We kindly ask that you don’t leave your dogs alone at the house for long periods, as distressed pets can cause damage or excessive barking may disturb neighbors. St. Augustine beaches are dog-friendly, but leash laws apply. Please tell us about your dog(s)—we love to hear about them!
Pet Fee: A pet fee of $175 for 1–2 dogs will be charged for the stay. No fee is charged for certified service animals, though we ask you to inform us if you’ll be bringing a service animal during your stay.
*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).
