The resort was very nice. We had stayed there before. The unit has some issues. The living room furniture is in desperate need of replacement. The refrigerator has duct tape hold up a drawer. The door to open and close the washer/dryer area doesn’t connect at the top. The sink water pressure in the bathrooms is extremely low. The tray holding the utinsels was dirty and this was listed on the 2 most recent reviews and nothing was done. We cleaned it up. The communication with the company that rents the h it was good. They quickly answered any questions we had. It was a group of guys staying there so we just dealt with the issues we had. Being on the beach and having access to several hot tubs was very nice. I would stay there again if the living room furniture was replaced.

We were disappointed in the filth of this condo. The floors left black dirt on our feet, the sinks were clogged, there were several broken appliances and doors. The nightstand in master bedroom had food, insulin syringes and pill containers, with medication in it. The walls need to be cleaned, you can see the filth on them, especially thenwall behind the couch and side table. It is sticky. The furniture needs a shampooing. The floor boards that should be white, are dirty. The dishwasher leaked water, the doors to the laundry room are broken, the glass shelf at the bottom of the fridge is missing and the plastic piece is broken. The dishes in the cupboards and the cupboards were dirty, we washed as much as we could. The kitchen faucet handle was not even attached, my husband fixed that. I did let Luxury Beach Rentals know and she did offer to have maintenance come in, but we were there to get married at the resort and did not have time to let someone come in after we had already checked in. The place needs a serious deep cleaning. We had several couples staying at the same resort due to our wedding and their condos were very clean and updated.
