The resort and room were nice, unfortunately, a luggage cart is necessary for us, as we are older and need a cart to transport luggage. There were 4 to share between 3 high-rise resort buildings...and non of the staff seemed to care. I know this might not be a "biggie" for some folks, but it was a deal breaker for us. We will book elsewhere next time
