Enjoy staying in the heart of the Marais with this lovely 1-bedroom apartment located on the 6th floor of a secure residential building — NO LIFT. Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.
The Space:
Welcome to this lovely 36 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 6th floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on rue des Tournelles in the heart of the Marais. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Queen bed (140x190) in the bedroom. The apartment has a full bathroom.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a flat-screen tv and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, Cookworks coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has central heating throughout the cooler months.

- Baby cot — €50 for the stay
- High chair — €50 for the stay
- Both together — €70 for the stay
Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 2 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.

The 3rd arrondissement forms the northern part of the historic Marais district, one of Paris’s most characterful and sought-after neighbourhoods. Known for its beautiful 17th-century architecture, independent boutiques, contemporary art galleries, and a strong community of designers and artisans, the Marais offers a lively mix of old and new. The neighbourhood is walkable, packed with great restaurants and cafés, and close to some of Paris’s best cultural venues including the Centre Pompidou and Place des Vosges.

Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

great location and apartment was exactly as described/pictured. staff was very responsive. key pickup/drop off was VERY inconvenient, especially as a solo traveller with a couple bags. would have appreciated more stock on amenities such as toilet paper for a longer term stay.

The property itself is fine,, just poorly equipped, no coffee, coffee maker didn’t work, only two rolls of toilet paper for a weeklong stay for two people, no clothes, washing liquid, etc.

The apartment is great and the location couldn’t be better but the check in was very inconvenient. The key pick up is a long walk away from the apartment which is really inconvenient given that travelers have luggage with them. I asked for an early check in and late check out which were rejected, which I understand, but I also was not permitted to leave my luggage for a few hours before check in or after check out which is really uncommon - as is a 10 am check out which is unusually early. It also causes such a hassle because in addition to traveling to pick up the keys, you then have to find and pay for a place to store your luggage. All of these requests are such a typical part of the travel experience that I found it strange how unaccommodating this host was. Other than that, a good stay in a beautiful neighbourhood.
