About this house rental
This stunning 4 bedroom (8 bed), 4 bath home boasts 100 feet of private sandy beach frontage on Long Lake. Over 3000 sqft with a fully updated kitchen, open floor plan, and two living areas with expansive views of the lake. Enjoy a full walk out deck and patio, play area for the kids, and beautiful swimming right out front! Enjoy outdoor relaxation on the expansive deck, or head down to the water to enjoy a swim! Sandy waterfront, stunning interior, and tons of space to spread out!

Renters agree to observe strict quiet hours between 10pm - 7am mandated by the Township Short Term Rental Ordinance, this prohibits any sound loud enough to be heard by neighbors.
Guests have access to the whole home during their stay. Please note the garage is not available for guests use.
The driveway can accommodate a about 4 cars. All vehicles, boats and trailers must be parked in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.
Dock is provided for loading and unloading as well as a mooring buoy for tying up your boat. Bring your boat with you, or rent from one of the many boat rental companies in the area! We can offer recommendations on rental companies - feel free to reach out!
This is a spacious home with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. On the main floor is the primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom featuring a king bed and tons of space to enjoy.
Also on the main floor is the open concept living/dining room, and kitchen that all overlook the water. There is also a half bathroom on this level.
Downstairs, you'll find a bonus TV room with a comfortable couch and second kitchen and dining area. The bunk room with 3 twin beds is on this level with the second primary bedroom with a king bed just across the hall. You’ll also find the second bathroom and laundry room on this floor.
Down the main corridor from which you enter the home you'll find another king bedroom with adjoining area with a twin bunk bed and third full bathroom. Tons of space to spread out!
The home includes all the amenities you’d hope to find to make your vacation feel like a home-away-from-home, such as a coffee maker, SmartTV, WiFi, and including plenty of towels, and linens.
Local Wineries and Breweries are open year-round if you are looking to grab a beer, a bottle of wine, or try a flight!

The dock is available from the end of May through the end of September. Please only use the dock for 15-minute loading and unloading of passengers. Wind and waves can cause damage to boats and docks. There is a mooring ball available. Homeowner’s boat stored on the boat lift is not available for guest use. Renters are permitted to park 1 boat or 2 small motorized watercrafts.

Absolutely loved your place. Very clean with all necessary kitchen gadgets. We loved that each living space was totally seperate. People had space a quiet privacy. The beach was fab. Kids and adults loved it and we spent many hours there. Sand was firm and beach was clean. Decks were great and used a lot We loved it. A couple of little things we would have liked are a quantity of body soap to last a week, those small bottles were too hard to even get the soap out. The 2nd thing was more kitchen towels and a few microfiber wash cloths for the kitchen. The small sponge didn’t do the job!

Absolutely perfect in every respect. Thanks to the wonderful hosts, we had the absolute best week swimming, boating, and relaxing. We have already asked about returning next year!
