Here is a description of the spaces in the house:
On the first floor, a distribution of rooms includes a main living room with fireplace, a second living room, two separate dining rooms, a well-equipped kitchen with a meal preparation area, an entrance hall and a laundry room including a shower room area.
Each of these rooms is carefully decorated, benefiting from contemporary furniture in soft tones.
The combined dining room and kitchen area is vast, offering opportunities for family gatherings at breakfast and lively discussions at aperitif time. The lunch counter becomes the main landmark!
There are no bedrooms on the first floor, which allows you to fully appreciate these vast living spaces.
Upstairs, you will discover five unique bedrooms, each creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere thanks to soft hues and a layout reminiscent of houses of yesteryear.
These rooms are designed like mini-suites!

The property is fabulous and immaculately kept and equipped. We enjoyed our stay, taking full advantage of the grounds, lake and equipment. BUT it was spoilt a little for me because I had been looking forward to an escape to this fabulous property as being tranquil, a word that was used in the description. It is not tranquil. The road is about 150m from the house and has a lot of through traffic including, during the day, a lot of trucks. It was very noisy in the grounds and on the lake during the day, though to be clear indoors it is not intrusive.

very clean, very well equipped, nicely laid out. lots of outdoor space to get sun or shade. clean pool. AC issue that the owner resolved quickly. very comfortable for 10 adults. only downside is that, although there were plenty of bathrooms, there are only 2 showers. Bathtubs had hand held shower heads, but no shower curtains. A lovely stay nonetheless.
