About this apartment rental
In the heart of the Mourtis resort, in a natural environment.
Warm and comfortable T3 apartment of 55 m² on one level facing south, with direct access to a large open and wooded space.
Ideally located about 250m walk from the lifts, it also benefits from a free adjoining parking lot.
All decorated in a mountain chalet style.
The apartment is composed as follows:
- A large entrance with ski rack and boots + coat racks: ideal for
après-ski/rando*!
- A large living room! equipped with a dining table that can comfortably seat 6 people, a breakfast area, a sofa bed and a reading armchair ..! (Comic strips, IGN map, board games, map of the resort, book concocted by your hosts).
- A bathroom with vanity unit and bathtub.
- A separate toilet.
- An equipped kitchen: equipment for parties, raclettes, Savoyard fondues
and Burgundian women..!
On the sleeping side:
A spacious first bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed, storage space and direct access to the south-facing terrace.
The second is composed of 2 beds of 90 x 190 cm, 1 of which is bunk and a large storage cupboard.
Finally, for the latest arrivals, you can enjoy the living room, where the sofa reveals a 160 x 200 cm convertible bed.
For parking, it's very simple! A parking lot adjoining the entrance of the apartment is available free of charge.
Access to the lifts is a 250 m walk away.
