Very quiet detached house, in small mountain village on 2 levels.
Stone house, renovated in 2018 and 2021 located at the end of a small street
A hiking trail passes in front of the house and will get lost in the woods after crossing the stream
Travellers have a first living room in front of the stove insert in the 45m2 living room and can enjoy the large TV
the American kitchen allows you to go about your business while staying close to the other guests
A large farmhouse table (12 seats + extensions) offers a very convivial sharing of meals
At the end of the small corridor a second living room offers a quiet and quiet place to indulge in idleness and reading
In winter the wood stove will pleasantly warm the atmosphere (wood is provided and is included in the rental price)
On the same level 1 master bedroom and the bathroom (with shower) offers an appreciable isolation to a couple of adults
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms
Possibly the deployment of the large screen can separate a room in 2 and create a little privacy
Outside: The tiled terrace has a barbecue and the grass terrace, on the upper level, a table, chairs and deckchairs for meals in the shade of the trees and lazing in the greenery, away from the noise

The rental is for 2 to 12 people
The house is rented for the fortnight, the week and the weekend. Other solutions can be requested with the agreement of the owner


Prices are given up to 5 people including charges
Above 5 people, an additional 12 euros per person per day all year round except from 23 December to 3 January when the supplement increases to 22 euros per day and per person
From November to March, an additional 10 euros per day will be charged for firewood
Cleaning fee 70 euros per stay and 10 euros extra per day and per person over 7 people
