For your vacation in Bandol, Le Temps Des Vacances is pleased to offer you this superb 1-bedroom apartment at the bottom of an independent townhouse, furnished in a very bright loft style. You can park your vehicle in the private parking space 50m away, secured by a barrier with remote control. The rental is composed as follows, you enter and access the beautiful air-conditioned living room composed of the fully equipped open kitchen with a dining area and the living room. For the night area, you have a bedroom with television, opening onto the terrace and a double bed on the mezzanine in a corner of the living room. For amenities, you have a renovated bathroom with toilet. Regarding the exteriors, you will have access to the 15m² terrace/garden facing south-east, equipped with a table, 4 chairs and two deckchairs, as well as an electric plancha allowing you to enjoy your meals in the sun in the garden. These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or shaded according to your desires. The apartment has been recently renovated and you have an internet box with Wi-Fi. It is the ideal rental for a family, couples of friends, a couple with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to discover the region, without having to touch their vehicles during the holidays. A pleasant and clean rental where the sun, the beach and a dose of relaxation will make your holidays in Bandol, pleasant memories. A truly peaceful rental in a wooded and flowery setting, in the heart of the city center, everything within walking distance whether it is the beach, activities, shops or the port. We require a 25% deposit. The balance payment is due 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute reservations. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels provided for €25 per single bed and €35 per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional €100. Weekday arrivals after 6 p.m. will also be charged an additional fee. Pets may be allowed upon request; please indicate the type of pet. A €5 per day, per pet, surcharge will apply. We require a deposit to be paid upon arrival by check or cash. This deposit will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rental property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. You will be asked for a holiday insurance certificate or civil liability insurance. No rental will be finalized without these documents.
