Private Pool (11' x 25') with Kiddie/Wading Pool - Professionally Maintained, Seasonal Pool Heat Available (Upon Request, Additional Fees Apply), Private Walkway to the Beach, Exterior Shower, Paved Parking, 2 Covered Porches, Professionally Landscaped Grounds, Non-Smoking Environment, No Pets Allowed. This property has 2 exterior surveillance devices, one overlooking the 1st floor oceanfront balcony and the other at the front entrance.

PROPERTY AMENITIES
Internet, Televisions, Heat and Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer and Dryer, Range & Oven, Wet Bar, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc., as needed.
HEATED POOLS
Houses advertised with a heated pool can be heated during the following time periods: March 1st- June 1st and September 1st- November 1st of each year. Please note that pool heaters will not operate if the air temperature surrounding the heat pump drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat will only heat the water 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the air temperature.
Houses that offer pool heat (standard size pool) have an additional fee of $375 (electric) or $500 (gas) and must be requested to be added to the reservation. A few of our premier homes that have oversized pools have an additional fee of $600 to heat. Please request to add on pool heat after booking your reservation. Pool heat must be added more than 72 hours from the day of check in and cannot be added after arrival.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.
**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.

We did have an ant problem in main floor bedroom on Sunday which meant that 2 of us had to run to Walmart at approximately 10 PM to get Terro. We left a message about this. A pest company did show up on Tuesday to spray,The doorknob on main level bathroom kept falling off upon arrival. I would have been locked in that bathroom had no one been there to open from the other side. The handle really needs fixed.The bottom ice maker does not make ice. We owned this exact model and could not get yours to produce ice, therefore, with 10 of us, we did run out of ice frequently. Would have been nice if it had worked. The TV in the upstairs queen room would not work. We tried everything to no avail. One of the wood chairs on the outside deck set had a broken back. It was like this upon arrival.We did not like that no linens were supplied. Your company did give us complimentary linens. I've never stayed in a place that didn't provide linens and charged for linens.We did not like that we had to rent a grill. Again, we've never stayed in a place that had no grill and had to rent one, which wasn't cheap at all!Other than this, the place was wonderful and clean upon arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed this house and our stay.

Great place to stay. Amazing access to beach and walkable to restaurants and bars. Heated pool in description was only with extra fee and took two days to get up to temp. Let’s didn’t work in spa
