About this house rental
La Casa in Pietra is designed for couples and families with children seeking peace and quiet just a few meters from the sea on Sardinia’s Costa Smeralda.
The house has recently been renovated both inside and out. A large glass door leading to the outdoor patio opens onto the living area, which features a spacious kitchenette, and the sleeping area, which includes a bathroom and two comfortable double bedrooms.
Every day, you can choose to lounge by the large pool with a whirlpool area, sheltered by the pine trees and broom bushes in the garden (shared with the other two houses on the property), relax with a good book on the patio equipped with a table and barbecue, or take a two-minute walk to Capriccioli Beach, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Smeralda. A covered parking space is also available.

- Located in the heart of the Costa Smeralda, Capriccioli Bay offers five wonderful beaches about 150 meters from the main house, where you can relax and enjoy a timeless vacation; All the other beaches along our beautiful coastline are just a 10-minute drive away;
- If you’d like to experience the magnificent feeling of sailing on the open sea, we can organize an excursion to the stunning Maddalena Archipelago aboard a sailboat captained by a team of local professionals.
-Gallura is one of Sardinia’s regions richest in archaeological treasures: tombs, nuraghi, and necropolises are all less than a half-hour drive away.
-To sample the local cuisine, you can reserve a table at La Ciminea restaurant in Stazzo Lu Ciaccaru, our sister resort located 20 minutes from Case di Capriccioli. For a pleasant candlelit dinner, the à la carte menu is available. For fun with the whole family, there’s the traditional Gallurese dinner: a sumptuous feast ranging from appetizers to dessert, prepared exclusively with local ingredients.
