Villa Perlino is a new development located on the edge of the woods, a few minutes from the center of Colico, a town on the shores of Lake Como which has numerous beaches equipped for practicing water sports, but at the same time, being at the foot of Mount Legnone , has access to many paths that can be followed on foot or by mountain bike, including the Valtellina path and the Viandante path.
Here, at Villa Perlino, what will leave you speechless is the infinity pool in nature with a breathtaking view of the lake where you can have fun and relax while maintaining a distance from the most crowded tourist area.
Pool heating has an extra cost of 200 euros/day.

This property is a gem. A truly special and unique experience. The host is phenomenal and attentive and the property is kept in perfect condition. Great location with easy access to other spots for tourism. No view in the world like it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Colico. There is a wonderful pool and we loved the beautiful view.
The owner Andrea is really friendly and helpful.
Everything was brandnew. We will come again.
