Beautiful home in the Black Forest. We observed deer, owls, and squirrels daily through the many windows in the house. The kitchen was beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Everything about this house was exactly as described. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels. There were many areas to sit and relax. The location was remote and quiet, which was exactly what we had hoped.

Where was the hot tub/spa? You should take that off of amenities. One white trash bag for a weeks stay. Couldn't use disposal because it made a loud noise. A/C was great everywhere, but upstairs. Need more silverware. It has a Keurig,
so I'd put that on amenities.
We've stayed at 10+ VRBOs. We liked the price and how close it was to Manitou, Garden of the Gods, Pike's Peak, trail heads, breweries and shopping.
BYO toiletries. We always do, but most places have them. Lots of towels,so that was nice. The horses behind the home were beautiful and there were a few deer and fawns. That was very cool. Its a very peaceful property in the country, but still close to everything you need. We left our ROKU for the TV in the living room, feel free to keep it. Its our gift to you. Thank you.
