The property is beautiful and clean
The terrace for breakfast is next to the street so it can get loud, but it is quite lovely decor

Very comfortable room, friendly staff, good breakfast. On a main road, but not too much noise. Located in Sam Benito and adjacent to Zona Rosa. Very walkable. Great comedor right next door for lunch or snacks open during the week. Some other good restaurants nearby as well. Visit the botanical gardens, the artesan market, El Centro and some of the lovely neighborhoods in San Salvador.

Breakfast was pretty bad, and their refried beans tasted terrible, and I've ate that in many places in El Salvador, so these were clearly terrible
The room smelled nice during the day but around midnight cigarette smell came into the room, although everything was closed up and A/C on. The smell was so strong that I had my cloth still in my carry-on opened on the bed, and all of it smelled like cigarette. There is no smoke detectors, otherwise if this came from another room it would have been detected. Staff was kind to switch me rooms the next day, but when I told them about it they just acknowledge and made the change as if they have had this issue already.
