Villa Girasole is a beautiful villa with private pool just steps away from the splendid sandy beach of Fontane Bianche, a famous seaside resort town south of Syracuse.
The villa is ideal for a relaxing sun-kissed vacation at the sea. It’s surrounded by a large, well-tended garden with well-furnished terraces that are perfect for spending days and evenings outside. Inside, the comfortable villa is tastefully furnished with a lovely mix of antique and modern pieces.
Villa Girasole’s excellent location is not only convenient for walking to the beach and the sea. It’s also within easy reach of eastern Sicily’s most beautiful places, such as Syracuse, Noto, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, Vendicari nature reserve and the coastal villages of Portopalo and Marzamemi, as well as Taormina and Etna Park.
At guests' disposal: private pool (3,50 x 9,50 meters; depth: 1,40 meters - maximum 1,40 meters); Wifi internet; furnished patio for dining outside.
Included in the price: Tidy up of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen, 4 hours per week.
Distances: beach 300 meters away, food shops 500 meters, Syracuse 17 km, Noto 25 km, Ragusa Ibla 75 km, Catania airport 75 km, Etna (Nicolosi) 95 km away.

A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
