Pros:1. Plenty of space inside to move around2. Comfortable beds3. Pool4. Fully stocked kitchen5. TV’s in every room6. Not a bad walk to the beachCons:1. Internet, the home is equipped with the slowest internet. Every room has a smart tv that cannot be watched due to how slow the internet is. Good thing we had good cell service since anything we needed internet for had to be connected to our hotspots. 2. Driveway, is not large enough to fit two vehicles like indicated in the listing. We drove a sprinter van, which is 24 ft in length and couldn’t fit it in the driveway, even though I checked before driving down to make sure it could. We ended up parking on the side beside the driveway but wasn’t sure if this was allowed or not. 3. No privacy in the backyard due to close neighbors and lowered fence. Your neighbors are very close and since the fence is lower, you can see and hear everything going on around you. 4. Neighborhood itself isn’t very pleasing on the eyes. 5. Master bath has two shower heads, one only has cold water, the other one only has hot water, not sure what that’s about, but unable to take a comfortable shower due to water being too cold or too hot. 6. Someone else’s hair was on mostly all of the throw pillows. 7. Bunk beds were wobbly. We only had two children so just be aware that one the beds have no good way of even getting to the top. Overall wasn’t a bad stay, but will probably choose another location next time.
