Two 50’s style cottages just perfect for family or friends looking for a vacation place with plenty of room for everyone! 4th house from the beach and one block West to the to the Carousel (local grocery/liquor store). Main House sleeps 6, Guest House sleeps 4. Great privacy with these 2 separate cottages. The main house has 2 bedrooms one bath with jetted tub, kitchen with sitting area and spacious family room, and a bright and sunny sunroom with a daybed , a table for 4 and separate door to the long covered tiled patio and hanging swing perfect for sitting back and relaxing. Additional covered patio off the front door and has an outdoor table and benches and grilling area off covered patio. Guest House has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, queen pull out sofa in living room, full kitchen and kitchenette table and chairs. Both houses are spacious and on ground level with sidewalk access between houses. Outdoor shower off back of main house and a full-size washer and dryer in the wash house. Beach view from front yard. Bring your family and friends and have a great time! This is where memories are made! Minimum rental age of 27. Snowbird rates available. Long term availability.

This house is in a great neighborhood and is a short walk to the beach. The home provided everything that we needed.

The property, while in a close neighborhood, offers privacy on the covered porch/patio area. We were a larger group with 4 children under 5 and we stayed comfortably. Loved utilizing the outdoor shower to clean off the kiddos after the beach.
The guest house is a bit more modern while the main house is dated but comfortable.
They have anything you could need for the beach; floaties, fins, chairs, sand toys, umbrellas etc.
Check in was easy! We did have a minor issue upon arrival but the hosts were very easy to reach and extremely quick to respond and resolve it!

We very much enjoyed our stay. House was very accommodating for our needs and a great location. The pictures are just what you get. It was clean on arrival. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to public beach where it was not crowded. Easy walk to grocery store and Thomas Donuts where we walked every night for ice cream. Looking to book again for next year.
