About this apartment rental
Located on the hill of Montmartre, on the 8th and last floor, above the garden of the Sacré-Coeur,
this 40m2 studio apartment offers a breathtaking view over the whole of Paris.
An ideally located, pleasant and practical accommodation for 2 with a large room,
opening onto 2 balconies with panoramic views over the Sacré-Coeur, its garden
and the whole city including the Eiffel Tower.
The typical Parisian building (1929) is well maintained and secure, it has a lift and
an efficient concierge is present around the clock.
There is a separate equipped kitchen with yet another fantastic view of the east side of the city,
a separate bathroom with a small bathtub and a skylight,
and 2 separate toilets (one inside and one in the hallway).
The main room is simply furnished with a queen-size bed and a 100% lambswool mattress,
a large, very thick ‘flokati’ wool rug on the wooden floor, a small ‘bistrot’ dining table and a desk.
It offers extreme brightness and charming comfort in the middle of the busiest neighbourhood.

Light-filled top floor apartment with gorgeous views of Sacre Coeur. Looking over the city, you can see the top half-or-so of the Eiffel Tower and the towers of Notre Dame! We also enjoyed the view to the east out of the kitchen window and from a second balcony area. The unit is in a classic, older building with a small but reliable elevator.The apartment is near wonderful boulangeries, supermarkets, non-touristy restaurants, the #4 and #2 Metro lines, and within walking distance of both Gare du Nord and Gare de L’Est.

The view from this apartment is amazing. In reality its much better than the photos show as the Basilica is looming right on top of you. so you have a fantastic view of Sacre Coeur in one direction and have all of Paris including the Eiffel tower in the other. We enjoyed watching the lights on both from the balcony in the evening. Also the elevator is a real bonus in Paris. It is an older apartment so do not expect super mod cons and the bed is on the floor. But the hot water was hot and everything worked. If you want an authentic Montmartre experience this is the place to stay. It will be the only place we stay in Paris going ahead.

This cosy apartment has been like a nest for us. It has a amazing view over Paris and we were delighted to admire Montmartre just out of the window while having our meal.
