The house has 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds and 1 with two single bunk beds) with air conditioning and ceiling fans, 5 bathrooms, including 2 en-suite bathrooms and 1 bathroom serving the upstairs, 1 serving the downstairs and 1 serving the barbecue and pool area, a well-ventilated and spacious living room with cable TV, a well-equipped kitchen, a barbecue with skewers and grills, a swimming pool and a cinematic view of Ferradurinha and Geribá beaches.
Approximately a 10-minute walk from the beaches.

Other things to note
After consuming 10,000 liters of water, we charge a fee of R$350 for every 10,000 liters used.
On the property, there is a caretaker who lives there. If you wish to hire her services (cleaning and cooking), you can arrange this directly with her upon arrival at the house.
No speakers allowed!
Avoid wasting energy; do not leave the air conditioner on if you are not present in the room. We allow a daily limit of 20 kWh; if this is exceeded, you will be charged extra.
