The house is composed of 3 floors, of which:
1st - Garage, toilet, living room with cable tv, dining room, large and complete kitchen, laundry and wooden deck with beautiful view to the beach of Manguinhos and Geribá Lagoon.
2nd - SUITE: 2 bunk beds + 1 extra mattress (5 people). Independent balcony, air conditioning and closet available.
BEDROOM C / BATHROOM IN FRONT: 1 treliche, being double bed in the middle (4 people). Independent balcony, air conditioning.
SUITE: King size bed with 2 single beds overlapping (4 people). Independent balcony, air conditioning.
PRIVATE SUITE: 1 double bed and 1 single bunk. Air conditioning.
3º- Leisure area with swimming pool, barbecue and bathroom with shower of cold water.
New house, newly furnished and decorated, very airy and cozy. Wood deck that provides incredible views.
Well located 500 meters from the beach Geribá, 1 km from the beach of Ferradurinha and 2.5 km from the center following the alternative route (street below the house).
Close to the bakery, restaurant and beaches.

We loved it here! The house and views are even more gorgeous than in the photos. Thais the host is excellent with kind and clear communication. The location is great. The two kitchens fully stocked with cooking and dining wares. We loved the aesthetic of the house and it felt very clean and well maintained. It’s easy to walk to Geriba and Ferradurinha beaches and a short car ride away from “Rua das Pedras”. We just spent a long weekend here with 11 family members and had the best time sharing meals, relaxing, grilling by the pool and walking down to Geriba and Ferradurinha beaches. All the beautiful and thoughtful details of the house really add to the experience. The idea of the trip was to bring our Brazilian and American families together for some quality bonding time and it was the perfect place. Everyone felt instantly at ease and comfortable upon arrival. Plenty of space for together time and to spread out and relax. We left looking forward to our next visit to this incredible home!

We are a Chilean family and we stayed in this house for ten days. The owner, Thais is great, she helps us in every way she could, from direction of how to get there (we rent cars from Rio´s Airport) to how things works at the house. She was 24/7 for us, with tips and good suggestions!! We took the services of Fernanda, Thais´s housekeeper, she cooked, cleaned and washed our clothes, always with a smile !! she is a very nice lady to have around, all of us love her!! Fernanda is a great cook, she even made barbecue for us and it was amazing!! Brazilian food or whatever you ask her she made it great…. Brazilian desserts are a dream!! The house is clean, spacious, lots of light, the AC make a huge difference!! The pool is big and well maintained. The garage is for two cars. In general, is a good house to go with family and kids. We were happy in this house, we felt comfortable and we really enjoy every minute there. The view of Buzios and beaches is amazing!! The beaches are walking distance. I already recommend this house to all my friends in Chile, Argentina and USA!!

Casa muito boa, super linda, aconchegante, limpa e bem decorada. Passamos 9 dias sensacionais, bem instalados, com toda comodidade possível. Cozinha bem equipada, com todos os utensílios de boa qualidade. Quartos com cama boa para dormir. Casa super acolhedora, tudo muito bom. Superou as expectativas. Estávamos em 7 adultos, nos acomodamos muito bem. Thaís, então, super atenciosa, nos ajudou desde o primeiro contato, com dicas maravilhosas sobre o lugar, as praias, tudo muito bom. Com certeza, quero retornar para trazer outras filhas e genhos!

A Thais a todo momento sempre foi muito gentil. A casa está em excelente estado, possui uma decoração super bonita e tem tudo que você precisa nela. Fomos em um grupo de 11 meninas e tudo ocorreu super bem. É espaçosa, com uma piscina grande e bem cuidada e a casa possui banho quente. A localização é boa, a uns 5 minutos de Geribá a pé, o dia estava lindo e tivemos a oportunidade de um dia ir na praia. Solicitamos também a ida da cozinheira que foi muito gentil e que cozinha super bem. Tudo perfeito! Nada a sugerir. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes. Obs: Atenção redobrada para quem tiver crianças, a casa possui muitas escadas e varanda alta e aberta.

Fomos comemorar o aniversário do meu filho, num grupo de 11 pessoas e mais um cachorro. Adoramos a casa, bem cuidada, muito boa infraestrutura, cozinha equipada, etc. Andando para praia chegamos em 15 min com as crianças andando devagar- ou seja, bem pertinho! Não precisamos de carro para ir ou voltar da praia, fomos a pé. Aproveitamos também muito a área de churrasqueira e da piscina. Proprietária super atenciosa e prestativa! Nos ajudou com imprevistos nossos de chegada, nos ajudou a indicar padarias próximas em pleno domingo, uma pessoa especial! Pretendemos voltar!

Após ler vários comentários positivos e pelas fotos, escolhi a casa da Thais para uma viagem com amigos. Não me arrependi. A proprietária foi super simpática e solícita, tirando todas as minhas dúvidas antes, durante e após a viagem. Ao chegar ao imóvel, tivemos a grata surpresa dele ser ainda mais bonito pessoalmente. Bem espaçosa, confortável e com uma decoração linda, tive junto aos meus amigos ótimos momentos de diversão. Os ambientes são bem divididos e a casa bem equipada, fazendo com que suprissem nossas necessidades independente de onde nós estivéssemos. Encontramos a casa bem limpa e arrumada também. A quantidade de banheiros é ótima para quem vai em um número grande de pessoas. Os quartos são bem confortáveis e têm ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. Cozinha com todos os utensílios necessários. A área da piscina é ótima. Mas o nosso cantinho preferido foi o dos balanços e rede. Saímos recarregados de energia boa desta casa. Com certeza voltaremos.

Passamos alguns dias no conforto dessa casa bem situada no bairro de Geribá. A casa é bem ampla, limpa e tudo funciona. A dona do imóvel nos deu várias dicas da cidade, pessoa muito prestativa. Ela é assessorada por algumas pessoas que nos atendeu com muita presteza. Vale a pena alugar para uma temporada em Búzios no estado do RJ.
