About this apartment rental
Gorgeous Pent-House located in Cap Cana, the most exclusive project in Punta Cana.
This stunning PH features 2 floors completely equipped with 4 bedrooms each with bathroom and closet+ a 5th designated as the maid's room with a bunk bed.
The 3 main bedrooms located on the first floor of the PH enjoy beautiful views of the beach and the Marina , one with a king sized bed and the other two with 1 Queen size bed each; the 4th bedroom located in the 2nd floor Mezzanine - Loft Style has two full size beds. Kitchen is nice and fully equipped. A beautiful terrace with breath taking views of the beach and the pools. The second floor of the PH has a gym space along with an office space with a desk so you can catch up on your work comfortably if needed.
NOTE:
-The mezzanine fan is out of service.
-The unit next door is being remodeled. You may experience some noise during the following hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
The apartment is located on the Aquamarina Condo Building, next to the marina set within the beautiful, secure grounds of Cap Cana. The boutiques and restaurants entrance marina is just 100 yards away. They definitely need to upgrade their linens, the bedsheets are cheap and do not stay tight on the mattress. The sheets are paper thin and poor quality. Blanket on bed is also paper thin. Could use new bath towels as well as some are stained. Lastly, the furniture is super uncomfortable, cheap and torn. I would compare it to a college dorm furnishings not what you expect when renting a luxurious penthouse condo. Also, the outlets did not work in the bathrooms but the management company was able to send someone out right away.
