Property Description:
This beautiful 5 bedroom villa with a swimming pool and large patio is a great choice if you are planning a Caribbean vacation where elegance, comfort, service and relaxation are your top priorities.
The villa is located in Tortuga Bay, within the private gated Puntacana Resort & Club (puntacana.com). The most exclusive resort in Punta Cana is located just 5 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).
Daily housekeeping service will ensure the villa is always neat and clean. If requested, our housekeeper can provide excellent meals (breakfast and dinner) for your family and friends. On-site catering can be arranged as well.
Housekeeper is live-in (her own en-suite with separate entrance) and is required for length of stay at a rate of $40 per day. Also if you choose for housekeeper to prepare meals, that will be $10 per person additional per day (you may request any number of days to have meals prepared, does not have to be daily).
Our House Manager will help you with any additional services and planning.
1st Floor is an open-concept living area with a flatscreen TV and full-service kitchen. The area is suitable for indoor/outdoor enjoyment - several sliding doors enable you to use the large covered patio with ease. There is plenty of dining/seating space both inside and out. On this floor, there are two bedroom en-suites plus an additional 1/2 bath.
2nd floor has an additional living area with an outdoor balcony. There is another bedroom en-suite with a private balcony, and two additional bedrooms and full bath.
The backyard is your ideal playground: enjoy lawn sports or just relax in the pool. There is a gas barbecue grill and a large outdoor dining table.

My husband and I stayed at Robin’s beautiful home for 3 weeks. Our children and grandchildren came throughout our stay. Total all together was 13, (8 adults and 5 young children) There was plenty of room and everyone had a great trip. The location is perfect, 5 - 10 golf cart ride to 3 beautiful beaches and plenty of restaurants. Dahiana the property manager, was quick to respond and accommodate anything we needed. The owner Robin was excellent as well. She contacted us to make sure everything was going well. We felt safe in the gated, secure community. It’s only 5 minutes from the airport and 10 to the grocery store and Blue Mall along with the little village, by car. We rented a car because of our long stay. We definitely plan to go back and would highly recommend this beautiful, spacious home!

Robin was so fantastic. She was always quick to respond and very accommodating. Tortuga Bay is an awesome place to stay if you want relaxation and privacy. Our overall stay was fantastic though and we enjoyed our trip. The cleaning person was nice but not hospitable or very attentive. The daily cleaning option is basically just making of daily beds and washing towels. There were no extra linen available even when asked. Only 6 pool towels and also no more than that when we asked-we were 11 people. The kitchen needed a better job at cleaning at first glance such as the fridge and cabinets etc.

After staying here, I cannot stay anywhere else in the Dominican Republic, EVER!
The villa is beautiful and great for groups but the real gem about this place is the people.
We came to celebrate a bachelorette and every person involved with this villa made the trip special. Robin and Dahiana, the house managers, are super communicative before and during the trip. Helped us with any questions and really insured we were taken care of. Altagracia, the housekeeper, is the sweetest person. Kept the house spotless and always made sure we had fresh towels throughout the day. She even cooked us the most amazing meal, so fresh and delicious, that our group will be dreaming about it forever. Santana helped us plan all of our adventures outside the villa making sure we had reservations, transportation, etc. I messaged him constantly with questions before the trip and he helped pick out all the best experiences for our group. Manuel, who works with Santana as the driver, was also so wonderful and really became part of our group throughout the weekend.
Basically, if you want to have a wonderful vacation, this villa and the people involved with it will make sure it happens.
Can't wait to come back!

Ultimately this hidden gem is more than what was expected!! From the extremely spacious home to the privacy and location and to the actual size of the Punta Cana Resort that it resides in. I was blown away by not only the home but the hospitality of Robin and her team of house managers and other service providers. Robin truly makes this a memorable experience that you will never forget and I can not wait to go back with my family again!!
