This charming, ideally located, and recently renovated home will provide you with truly enjoyable moments on the Cap-Ferret Peninsula.
VILLA
Completely renovated in 2023, this 120-square-meter home features 4 bedrooms and a bright living room with an open-concept kitchen equipped with a breakfast bar. On the first floor, you’ll find a beautiful master suite with a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a toilet; a laundry room with a washer-dryer combo, as well as a separate toilet, complete this level.
On the first floor are 3 bedrooms, including a master suite with a shower and sink, a children’s bedroom with a bunk bed consisting of 3 single beds (the bunk beds are for children’s use only; adults are not permitted to sleep in this type of bed), a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed and a desk area. Finally, there is also a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and sink.
The exterior of the house is surrounded by beautiful wooden decks with landscaped areas. An outdoor shower allows you to rinse off—ideal for returning from the beach with children. An outdoor table for meals on the terraces and an area with lounge chairs complete the home’s outdoor spaces.
