stay nearer to National Stadium Bukit Jalil. Not having much choice for Halal food nearby since this chinese community area.
The room a quite adequate for 2 adults.
The toilet bowl looks old and not clean. same thing with the wash basin. Water heater functioning but still using less safety equpment. Highrisk for electrocution. Door lock are not secure, easily been open from outside.
There is not enough iron and no ironing board provided. Atleast put iron and ironing board for each floor and it is accessible to every one.
No kettle provided in each room as per claim in agoda. You have to get the hot water from water dispenser only available at ground floor and 1st floor.
The non smoking level still can smell the smoke.
Tv unit are broken at room 403 that initially given to us which subsequently need to change other room at different level. This room also having too much noise from the water system.
However the staff hospitality name Abbas was excellent. He trying to help in many ways and he is able to verse in Malay language.
