The heater (split system) seemed to struggle to keep the rooms warm - not sure it was operating properly. Tiles in the bathroom were very cold in the morning - maybe a large mat?

Close location to town. Take the back along the river it’s quicker.
Iron but no ironing board. Not very sound proof.

Location walking distance to every thing.
Bed and sofa bed was horrible to sleep. Both husband and I got bad backaches from cheap mattress. Son couldn’t sleep either properly. Washing machine water setting button was broken and machine was very dirty to use. Found hair stuck in drum and full of scuff. Looked like haven’t been clean for months. No common courtesy to provide basics like tissue box, water bottles or milk. Tiny milk carton for 2 adults and 1 toddler.
