Charming 3-bed Apartment near Local Shops

Good location and size. Beds were comfortable. Very large fridge.

Odd smell coming from the bathroom sink. The place advertises free parking but doesn’t provide it onsite. Once you get check in details, you’re told you can park on a side street, which isn’t really the same thing as providing free parking. Doesn’t have a smart TV. Would be nice to provide things like salt, pepper, cooking oil, so people doing short stays can still make use of the kitchen without having to buy these items that they won’t use all of and will have to throw away. Would be nice to have spare extra blankets for guests who feel the cold.

Great size unit (3 bedrooms - 2 double beds and the 3rd room was 2 singles) in a fabulous location for us. Walking distance to Woollies. Having a washing machine and dryer was an amazing bonus. Access was easy via a lock box to collect keys (2 sets) onsite.

Nowhere in the listing did it indicate it was up 4 flights of stairs with no lift. (Unit number wasn’t available the either, so couldn’t even guess that would be the case.) No onsite parking. Street parking was ok, but no guarantees of being able to park relatively close. (Only parking was in the street across the road or around the nearby corner.) Luckily this time we didn’t have much gear to bring inside, but as we travel for work, we often have to bring a fair bit of stuff to get inside, which would have been super annoying with no lift so we could use a trolley.

It was very conveniently located to family and shops were within walking distance so love that. Not too far from bus stops as well which was really good.

There was nothing I didn’t like about this property

Basically what a house should have, it have. Quite neat and clean.

There is a garage for unit 8, but no key to open it. Street parking, but not on site parking. A torn blanket in master bedroom. A broken leg chair in the balcony. The sofa over soft.
