The check in and check out procedures were simple and clear. The location at the Dizengoff Square is superb because there are many restaurants and supermarkets within reach. The room was comfortable and clean
Some of the neighbors war loud but most of them were considerate.

The location was great
Asked for clean towels and never got them. Had to buy toilet paper. Only has 2 rolls for 5 days. The entrance to the elevator and courtyard was always dirty

The location in terms of availability is good. The bed was comfortable.
The flat is quite old already, and not very clean. Bathroom requires some renovation and simple things for comfort. The windows easily pass all the sounds from street which is very loud at night time as well.
