Good location (though absolutely no view of the river, although the picture suggests that it does) and a comfortable, spacious place for 4 people. Responsive hosts and a very well equipped place to stay.
No view at all of the river and no outside space, so a bit oversold in this respect. Also use of an app to get in hence the need to use your phone. The instructions as to how to find and get into the Boathouse weren't as clear as they should and could have been.

The location was lovely. Unique, quirky.
The stay was lovely but we all said how deceiving the picture of the boat house balcony was and the write up saying "river views". Our boathouse didnt have any balcony or river views, which is why we booked it in the first place.
