Great location, 15 minute walk to downtown St. Joe, nice view onto the marina. Super clean, nicely decorated, and so nice to have two full bathrooms. The garage for the car was a plus also.
I would just suggest that the owner replace the older carpet in the two bedrooms with the laminate/vinyl flooring that's in the living room - would look neater and cleaner.

The unit was very spacious and nicely furnished. The beds, pillows, linens, and towels all were very nice. The unit was extremely clean and tidy. Every need was anticipated and there were many wonderful little touches, including a good supply of coffee and tea and even popcorn! We felt so welcome and comfortable. The unit was very quiet and easily accessed. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place!
