About this house rental



This is the lower unit of a 6 bedroom duplex, the house is divided into 3 bedrooms up and 3 bedrooms down. In the off season, you can rent one 3 bedroom unit which has a separate entrance from the other unit. The units are completely private.

Three bedroom, 1.5 baths duplex. Fully furnished and lovingly restored. The bedrooms offer one queen bedroom, two twins bedroom and another queen bedroom. There is a large open living room and dining room space . Updated eat-in kitchen with white cabinets and a quartz counter-top. One updated full bath and half bath. Washer and dryer located in the basement. Full front porch and two houses away from Lake Michigan. Also a fenced back yard and garage with parking behind the garage. BEST LOCATION.
