Clean property
The coffee sachets and the mince pies added to the ambience

1. The light in the bathroom can be certainly brighter.
2. The toilet seat lid needs to be fixed.
3. The exhaust in the kitchen was extremely noisy. It was tolerable for the single night that we stayed but would be difficult for anyone staying longer

Good location, on street\path with parking just outside. Spacious, ground floor layout, little dining table and chairs, big uncomfortable low backed hard sofa.... Large kitchen, plates with lip were heavy but good, really comfy beds with drawers and a wardrobe. Big tv plus Netflix though not used. Shower over the bath and outside seating. Morrison's not far, i recommend the panda Chinese!
Toilet seat loose (to be fixed when we've gone), low back sofa so hard, a camera thingy outside room window chimed every so often plus woke me during the night. On a night upstairs folk so noisy, voices and creaky floor boards. No tea nor milk (as in photos)
