Heel fijn groot en luxe appartement met alle nodige voorzieningen in de keuken en een groot terras. 2 zwembaden waar het ondanks hoogseizoen heel rustig was. Prima locatie, we zijn ook wezen zwemmen bij nabijgelegen Balnear do Lido, ook een fijne plek!

The apartment was modern, very comfortable with two good sized bedrooms and bathrooms and a nice lounge and modern kitchen. It had a well working quiet aircon and dishwasher, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a nice terrace with two sun loungers and a table to eat outside. Also very helpful that there is a parking space in a spacious garage so no issues around parking . Also appreciated a welcome gift and that they cleaned the flat and changed the towels halfway through the week

The apartment does not have sea views - it looks into the back of another apartment building. It does not have a coffee machine for capsules (only for filter coffee) which I thought would be standard for rental properties of this category now . Also would be helpful to have some basics like water and shower gel / shampoo when you arrive (even if they just left whatever the previous visitors didn’t use). They do give you dish washing liquid, and detergent for the laundry and dishwasher . You need a car for the flat or to use taxis or uber to get around

The apartment is physically small but very beautiful, clean and in a good location in Funchal because we had a car. The rooms are comfortable and it looks exactly like the photos. The balcony is spacious and the view is pleasant.

Despite the premium price tag of €1,900 for a 10-day stay, the management showed absolutely zero compassion. The apartment is filled with fragile decor items and layouts that act like "traps"—it is incredibly easy to accidentally bump into things like mirrors or glassed-paintings. We accidentally damaged a ceiling lamp (we had the doors and windows open and there was a sudden wind gust) and instead of showing basic understanding for high-paying guests, the hosts strictly demanded we pay €76.99 for a replacement, a similar lamp. For the premium price we've paid, professional hosts should easily look the other way for a small accident. If you stay here, be prepared to walk on eggshells so you don't get hit with unexpected bills at the end.
