Hervorragende Lage am Goethe-Park, wir konnten Innenstadt und fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichen.
Souterrain-Wohnung im UG hat systembedingt nur ein Fenster, wenig Tageslicht.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung und sehr sehr sauber .
Leider ist in der Wohnung gar kein Tageslicht .ich dachte Souterrain hat wenigstens Kellerfenster .

Hervorragende, ruhige Lage; sicheres Stadtviertel (auch spät am Abend); ordentlich & modern eingerichtet; sehr geräumig; schönes & hell beleuchtetes Bad; hilfsbereite Gastgeberfamilie
Belüftung der Wohnung sehr schlecht, nur ein einziges Fenster zum Kellerschacht hin, Durchzug dadurch nicht möglich; Belüftung im Bad funktioniert nicht, dadurch zieht Feuchtigkeit in Wohn- & Schlafzimmer & Handtücher trocknen nicht; Kochen wegen fehlender Lüftung nur eingeschränkt möglich; Wohnung extrem hellhörig, da nur einfache Zimmertüre als Wohnungstüre zum Treppenhaus des mehrstöckigen Wohnhauses

Great Location next to the park and close to city centre, spacious place, many amenities to use, nice furniture, pleasant host.
It‘s completely in the basement and I wish it was mentioned in the apartment description, not only vague in the title, which was skipped from my attention. It’s always dark there and no fresh air
