Very secure, very picturesque, lovely setting

A little too far from everything, no TV

We loved everything about Tal y Sarn shepherd’s hut! It was charming in an idyllic and peaceful setting. Being close to the farm animals, whilst looking at the mountains and listening to birdsong, was so calming and relaxing. Very thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need and added bonuses of a comprehensive local information folder. It was comfortable and cosy and our dog loved his enclosed space to do his own thing. Our host Jaris was lovely. Warm and welcoming, giving us privacy and space but equally available if we needed her. The welcome hamper of beautiful local treats was so lovely and gratefully received. We will definitely be back.

Unable to think of any negatives

The shepherd's hut was the perfect get away! In its own secure garden, nestled on a working farm, it was an incredibly tranquil place for me and my dog to enjoy nature at its best. Located so conveniently for Newborough Forest and Nature Reserve, we did not have to travel far to enjoy spectacular golden beaches, sand dunes, pine forest, and history such as Ynys Llanddwyn.
