The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen offering an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, a dining area with dining seating for six people and a sitting area with a Smart TV and a gas fire, along with a first-floor sitting room with a TV and an electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a second-floor king-size and a family room with a king-size and a triple bunk, along with two bathrooms, one on the second floor. Outside, there is a rear enclosed garden with lawn, decking and a patio, along with designated parking. Within 1.4 miles, you will find a shop and a pub. Two well-behaved pets are allowed, however smoking is not. Note: Dogs must remain downstairs in the property. They are not allowed upstairs. Superfast WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost. A highchair, travel cot and stairgate are also included.
