Location was good, within walking distance to Multiplaza Mall.. Compact apartment. Probably between 30 to 40 sq meters. Nice, large walk in closet space. Nice shower & towels.
They gave me the wrong keycode to get into the apartment. Took an hour to resolve at 10pm. No cloth or sponge for washing dishes. No can opener. I bought one & left it there for the next resident. No container/s to use in the microwave. Had to buy one. Barstools uncomfortable for working on computer long term. No desk & no space for one either. No information or guide provided on how to operate microwave or combo washer/dryer. Information can be really helpful.

Great location and the building was nice, especially the pool snd cafe
Heavy construction noise 6 days a week right next doir to apartment.
Smoke alarm goes off even when just toasting bread.
No table to eat at on balcony.
