Overall, we had a decent stay and would rate this apartment 4/5. The location and general setup were good, and we appreciated the space and comfort during our trip. However, there were a few issues that affected the experience. The main concern was the water temperature in the shower, as the hot and cold water did not mix properly, making it difficult to get a comfortable temperature consistently. The internet was also a major issue for the first two days of our stay. We had little to no reliable connection until our third night, which was inconvenient, especially for communication and planning activities. Additionally, one of the bathrooms had a persistent unpleasant smell throughout the stay. Even after using disinfectant spray multiple times, the odor remained until checkout. Despite these concerns, the apartment still had positive aspects, which is why we are giving it a 4 out of 5. We hope these issues can be addressed to improve future guests’ experiences. Ooh the refrigerator form ice on out pizza.

I had an amazing stay here overall. The view was absolutely incredible and honestly one of my favorite parts of the experience. Communication with the staff was 10/10 from beginning to end everyone was very responsive, helpful, welcoming, and professional. The on-site staff as well as the overall service made the stay even better. The apartment itself was amazing view , and I truly enjoyed my time there. I would definitely come back in the future felt home. The only downside was the cleanliness regarding insects/roaches in the apartment, especially in the kitchen area. It was a bit annoying and uncomfortable at times. Aside from that issue, everything else about the stay was excellent and I genuinely loved the experience and will Come back!

I was visiting Panama and brought my 2 nieces, the apartment was perfect, we had an amazing time. Check-in was very smooth and effortless, the apartment was very clean and any concerns or questions were immediately addressed by my host. I highly recommend and hope to find a similar accommodation for my trip to Cartegna, Colombia in September.
