Great location, spacious, and good enough for our big group.

Being not able to communicate with staff with certain that had arise.

The apartment had a great size for my party. I loved the washer and dryer and the 2 full bathrooms. Apartment had AC and free parking included. Views were incredible. At one point I needed an extension cord so that my son could hook up his ps5 and it was delivered to my room very quickly. Communication with them was through chat but they were very responsive. Extending my stay was super easy. When we needed to use the pool we were accomodated at another of their properties for free sonce ours was ubder maintenance. I was allowed to invite 2 guests. I would definitely stay here again.

Sliding door did not have a lock and I have 2 small children. We had to ask for a bar to be put to keep the door from opening. Elevator sensor did not work for us, we had to ring the elevator bell instead but thats wasnt much of a big deal . Parking was on the 5th floor and getting an 11 seater van all the way up was quite a nuisance due to the narrow passageways. There is no communication via phone calls which can be frustrating however, their responsiveness through WhatsApp was excellent at any hour.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The price was excellent, the location was very convenient, and the views were absolutely beautiful. Overall, it was a great value and a pleasant experience. I would definitely consider staying here again!

The only downside was that the pool was out of service during my stay, but the pool at the Marbella was offered. Hopefully, it will be available next time.

The view of the ocean was very nice

I did not like the constant noise and honking because the hotel is on a major road. There was about a 2 hour window every night between 2 AM and 4 AM where it was peaceful but I slept so poorly there! Also, the maids liked to pin people in the elevator with their carts just to watch you struggle to get out. I know it wasn't just me because another guest told me the same thing happened to him. The hot water was fickle and required us to run the sink on hot in order to have the shower hot! It was a tankless hot water heater so it should never run out of hot water but you had about 6 minutesbefore it went cold! Then, when we extended our stay by a week, we had so much difficulty just trying to keep the same unit and I was proactive about my communication! At first they told me I couldn't stay in the unit so we were going to be displaced for 5 hours in the lobby because check out was at 10 and check in was at 3. Then the final afternoon before we were going to be displaced, they finally fixed it. The issue I have with that is I agonized and stressed about the displacement for a whole week before they would help me! I literally lost sleep worrying about it and there wasn't much sleep to be had in yhe first place! My family was fully repacked again in anticipation of losing our room so instead of doing things we wanted to do, we were getting ready to leave. Finally, the wifi was slow and only worked in the living room. Our TV kept loading and losing signal. We reported it and they never helped resolve the issue. Then on our final morning? Water was leaking out of the ceiling in the laundry room! Overall, this is a 3 star establishment that wants to be 5 stars.
