Green Valley Hotel

It was very clean,staff were great and the food was exceptional.

Bedrooms were clean. The bistro was good. The staff were welcoming.

The noise at night. The smell of smoke in the building.

The room was fresh, extremely clean and new. Bed comfortable pillow top and extra comfortable pillows. Bright and relaxing colours. Shower and bathroom was above expectations. Bistro food was nice too.

It was a 35c day and having the aircon on since we arrived at 6pm, room temp showed 28c still at 11pm. The shade was down but it was very hot all night. Please turn the aircon on before arrival in the day I think may help.

The inside of apartment were beautiful newly renovated great facilities clean modern comfortable.

No lift to go up just lots of stairs, no staff in mornings and access to car park around the block from street , bar area dangerous area staff member warned me . Which made me nervous also a $200 deposit was needed which I didn’t know about. It’s a small print when booking but I do think it should be communicated better when you read about this hotel before you book. It’s a pity such a shame that the hotel doesn’t have better security for their hotel visitors.
