l'emplacement est parfait et calme la nuit
malheureusement l'immeuble est en travaux et tres bruyant le jour, assez dangereux pour y monter (gens agés et enfants en bas age) a l'interieur tout est bien amménagé mais l'escalier pour monter a la chambre est dangereux car pas de rampe une corde le long du mur suffirait pour pouvoir se tenir.

Appartement coquet, très bien situé dans le vieux Vannes. Arrangement pour mon arrivée et accessibilité des clés. Literie confortable.
Immeuble en travaux. Entrée compliquée sous une pluie battante. Aucune lumière dans les escaliers. En semaine, on oublie la grasse matinée, les artisans arrivent de bonne heure. Rue très bruyante le samedi soir/nuit, regroupements/passages de personnes qui rient ou parlent fort. Aucune dosette en dépannage pour la machine à café, un fond de produit vaisselle, un seul rouleau de papier toilette, absence de torchon, ménage pas au top dans la chambre (cheveux/poils + mouchoir le long de la rambarde)

La proximité avec le centre ville
Propreté moyenne dans les coins, finitions moyennes, pas de moyens pour rafraîchir ou ventiler la chambre à l’étage, store cuisine archaïque, travaux à l’extérieur. Cool le week-end mais le lundi matin on démarre la semaine avec les ouvriers du chantier. Ça gâche le charme de ce petit duplex. Manque pas grand-chose.
