Diamond in the rough
Perfect central location for historical centre. Apartment newly renovated with great facilities. If you can overlook the entry area and stairwell it really is a good place to stay right in the centre.
Access and info only by email/key box. Entry area and building inside looks like condemned building and nearly turned around on evening arrival. Greeted by open stair space full of garbage and bags. Despite great facilities, needs info and instruction where to find (power points) and how to operate (heating, TV, coffee makers)things. The parking situation for Vannes needs more clarification, maybe link to council website

Ce ne que après la réservation qu'on m'a fait apprendre que je dois laisser une caution et toute la procédure: d'abord de chercher les clés puis de l'ouverture. La distance entre les deux dépasse 500 mètres.

Très bon séjour dans un cadre agréable et très bien situé.
Emplacement exceptionnel. Logement agréable et bien équipé. Les vidéos reçues expliquant les modalités de prise de possession et de restitution des clés ainsi que l'accès au studio.
Etat de l'escalier permettant d'accéder au studio (situé au 1er étage) à améliorer. Entretien de la robinetterie de la douche à revoir.

Un sejour agréable dans un superbe environnement avec un bon service.
L'appartement est particulierèment bien situé et plutot agréable. Néanmoins l'escalier d'accès (heureusement un unique étage ) est un peu étroit. Le grand lit est confortable et les équipements (cuisne , machine à café , bouilloire, etc...) sont corrects. Le chauffage est facile régler. La slle de bain est fonctionnelle. Il y a toutes les commodités ( la poste, le marché , boulangerie, bar tabac , epiceries , commerces, etc.. ) dans les alentours tres proches (même pas 5 minutes a pied). Le logement permet la visite de Vannes (coeur historique ) tres facilement aussi. Il est égalment possible de faire de tres belles balades depuis ce point de départ. La communication avec le responsable a été facile et rapide.
Il manque encore quelques petits amménagements pour rendre ce logement exceptionnel! Il faudrait songer à mettre une poignée sur la porte en bas des escaliers pour aider à la refermer, ajouter des upport derrire les portes pour accrocher des vetements dans la slles de bains , un porte manteau dans le salon , et de quoiaccrocher les torchons coté cuisine! Enfin, c'est bien de proposer des services payants en supplément ,mais ne pas avoir prévu le changement de draps, couette, serviettes de toilettes et taies d'oreiller, même payant, lors d'un séjour superieur à la semaine est vraiment un mauvais point qui aurait pu etre facilement évité.
